When do I need to begin fulfilling the requirements to be eligible for one of the higher APYs after the promotion ends?

The promotions for the HMBradley Deposit Account with New York Community Bank, a division of Flagstar Bank, N.A. (“NYCB”), are effective from September 29, 2022, through June 30, 2023.

For customers without a credit card: Beginning June 1, 2023 and thereafter, customers must satisfy the deposit and positive cash flow requirements to be eligible for the Level 2 APY in the following month.

For customers with a credit card: Beginning June 1, 2023 and thereafter, customers must satisfy the deposit, positive cash flow, and credit card spend requirements to be eligible for the Level 3 APY in the following month.
