Why didn’t I receive a credit card invitation?

Invitations are not guaranteed. If you have opted in to receive credit invitations from us, but have not yet received one, it may be because you have not met our eligibility criteria. Alternately, it may be because your credit file is frozen, in which case you would need to unfreeze it in order to allow us to evaluate you for an invitation.
