How can I delete an account number from a Plan?

To delete an account number to an existing Plan,* follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Plans section of your account
  2. Select the Plan that you would like to add an account number to
  3. Click “Show Plan account Details” 
  4. Click the red button labeled “Delete Account Number” (please note, once an account number has been deleted, that same account number cannot be re-assigned back to that Plan)

Please note: Once an account number from a Plan is removed, that same account number cannot be re-assigned to that same Plan or any other Plan. Additionally, once an account number is assigned to a Plan, that account number cannot be transferred to a different Plan.
