To delete an account number to an existing Plan,* follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Plans section of your account
- Select the Plan that you would like to add an account number to
- Click “Show Plan account Details”
- Click the red button labeled “Delete Account Number” (please note, once an account number has been deleted, that same account number cannot be re-assigned back to that Plan)
Please note: Once an account number from a Plan is removed, that same account number cannot be re-assigned to that same Plan or any other Plan. Additionally, once an account number is assigned to a Plan, that account number cannot be transferred to a different Plan.
