Plans with Account Numbers: A Guide

Overview

Pay your bills or recurring expenses directly from a Plan!* By adding an account number to a Plan, you can complete transactions using the Plan’s account number and routing number. With Plans, you can now budget and sort your funds with even more ease - or, for even more advanced automation, you can automate your personal finance management by funding your Plan with a Routine.

Examples of payments to direct to your Plan:

  • Monthly recurring bills, such as utilities or subscription services
  • Credit card payments
  • Tuition payments
  • Property or personal taxes

What is a Plan?

A Plan is a sub-account within an HMBradley deposit account.* Plans are designed to organize your funds to help you reach your financial goals. You can create a Plan with a goal, a target monthly contribution amount, and/or a goal fulfillment date. Now you can use Plans to help you achieve your savings goals in conjunction with sorting and paying your ongoing expenses.

Currently there is no limit to the number of Plans that you can create, or the deposits or withdrawals you can make to or from a Plan. Your Plan balance will earn the same level of APY as your primary deposit account. Any interest accrued from your Plans’ balance will post to the primary account within your HMBradley deposit account.

Your New Account Number

When adding an account number to a Plan, there are a few details to consider.* The account number created is unique to that Plan. If the account number is deleted, you can add another account number to the Plan if you choose to route bills or expenses back to this Plan. However, a new and unique account number will be generated every time an account number is added to a Plan (you cannot get a previously used account number back).

*Terms and Conditions apply; see the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosures for details.
