Who can create/edit Routines in a joint deposit account?

In joint deposit accounts, both account holders can create Routines. With that said, ONLY the Routine creator will be able to enable, disable, and delete the Routine(s) he/she created.

The joint deposit account holder who did not create the Routine will ONLY be able to view Routines in the joint deposit account and WILL NOT be able to enable, disable, and delete the Routines that they did not create.
